Not To Do List
Effective Date: April 26, 2026
Five T Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") built the Not To Do List app as a free, ad-supported application. This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our app.
Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. The app works 100% offline.
Not To Do List is designed with privacy at its core. All data you create within the app — including your habits, check-in history, mood entries, journal reflections, CBT thought logs, streak data, trigger logs, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers that receive or store your personal information.
We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information to use the app.
The app uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Other than the advertising services listed above, we do not integrate any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services.

The app may request permission to send local notifications for daily review reminders, weekly review prompts, and streak milestone alerts. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any external server.
The app provides features to export your data as JSON backups and PDF therapist reports. These exports are created locally on your device and saved to a location you choose. We have no access to these exported files. Sharing these files is entirely at your discretion.
Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
Since all your data is stored locally on your device, data retention is entirely in your control. You can delete your data at any time by:
We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. All app data is stored in your device's private application storage, which is sandboxed by the Android operating system and inaccessible to other apps. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our app may contain links to other sites (e.g., through advertisements). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us.
