1. Introduction

Five T Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") built the Debt Payoff Planner app (the "App") as a free, ad-supported Android application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

The App allows you to enter financial data such as:

• Your name (optional, for personalization only)
• Debt details (names, balances, interest rates, minimum payments, due dates)
• Payment records and notes
• Monthly budget information
• Preferred currency

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

The App uses third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

• Google AdMob — Our advertising partner may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and interaction data for the purpose of serving personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage telemetry beyond what the advertising SDK provides.

3. How We Use Information

• On-device data: Used solely within the App to calculate payoff timelines, generate reports, track milestones, and provide smart financial insights. This data is never shared with us or any third party.
• Advertising data: Used by Google AdMob to display relevant advertisements within the App, which supports our ability to offer the App for free.

5. Advertising

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and rewarded ads. These ads help us keep the App free for all users.

Google may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization, or by visiting Google Ads Settings.

6. Data Storage & Security

All personal financial data (debts, payments, budgets) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted local database. We do not operate servers that store your data.

The App offers optional biometric authentication (fingerprint / face ID) to add an extra layer of protection to your financial information.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data stored on your device.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal financial data with anyone.

The only data sharing that occurs is:

• Advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob (as described in Section 4)
• Data you explicitly choose to share using the App's export (CSV), PDF report, or social sharing features — these actions are initiated by you and processed on your device

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Internet & Network State — Required for displaying advertisements
• Notifications — To send payment reminders, milestone alerts, and monthly summaries (you can disable these in device settings at any time)
• Biometric — Optional app lock using fingerprint or face recognition
• Boot Completed — To reschedule payment reminder notifications after device restart

10. Your Rights & Choices

• Delete your data: You can delete any or all debts, payments, and personal information directly within the App, or by clearing the App's data in device settings, or by uninstalling the App.
• Opt out of personalized ads: Adjust your Google ad preferences in your device settings.
• Disable notifications: Turn off notifications in your device settings or within the App's settings screen.
• Export your data: Use the CSV export feature in Settings to download your data before deletion.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
